Busy Bees Business (Math) The Busy Bees engage in fundraising and community development endeavors. They take the lead in cash counting, collection and accountability activities required in specific thematic School Activities or Event Planning of School Programs, Going Out Trips, Field Trips, Grocery Day or school programs. The children learn professional accounting methods and business skills as they apply their math knowledge and concepts learned in practical ways.
Explorer’s Camp (Science) The Explorers inquire and investigate science-related concepts, experiments and projects. They take the lead in organizing the Science Week presentations and exhibit. They specialize science-focused projects, Nature Trips and camps.
Pen 4 Reel (Tri-Media)
The young multi-media mogul-in-the-making indulge into technical and media possibilities as s/he utilizes his/her power of imagination and the pen to Write, Shoot and Capture and Print life as it happens, life as s/he sees it or imagines. The power of perception and pretend zoom into magical proportions as the media savvy young enthusiast utilizes the computer, camera and other IT tools to create, direct, record and construct programs and presentations for School Activites and creative projects. The Tri-media enthusiast learns how to layout and use computer programs for professional applications and presentations, how to use a digital and video camera, how to write scripts, conceptualize, organize and direct programs from beginning to end.
Action n FX (Theater)
The young performer blooms in this club as s/he excels in singing, dancing, acting, voice acting, puppetry, painting and other performing and creative arts. S/he also learns sound and special effects, musical instruments, constructing stage backdrops and props, and other theater presentations. This club member is at home being in the background or the foreground and realizes that each person plays an important role in every program and event of life.
Officers’ Club
As the name implies, this is an exclusive club for the class officers. Planning begins here. Delegation is a skill that the officers learn as they work with assigned monitors for each task and responsibility so that class operations will be smooth. The Officers work closely with the teachers and the student body to create a positive synergy. Integrity and accountability are two of the important core values that these club members learn to embrace for life. This is a special Leadership Training.
